Join Internation Club DC for a 1920s-themed Great Gatsby Ball at the National Museum of Women in the Arts, one of Washington’s most beautiful and exquisite venues. F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel The Great Gatsby characterized the glamor and decadence of the 1920s and you are invited to experience the elegance, splendor, and extravagance of 1920s America. You do not need a date to attend so come on your own or with friends. Whisper the password (or present your ticket!) to enter the secret world of speakeasy and discover the beautiful National Museum for Women in the Arts as it is reinvented for a night into a page from the F. Scotts Fitzgerald’s novel. The Big Band will entertain you with thrilling 1920s era tunes whether you wish to dance the night away on the museum’s marble floor or simply enjoy a sophisticated evening on the museum’s mezzanine level overlooking the ballroom. Indulge in a Great Gatsby dessert feast with wine and drinks served at the open bar. Photos will be taken of arriving guests (singles, couples, and group shots). Discounted tickets available for a limited time. |
