Known for their modern, pop-ier take on true Warholian protegees the Velvet Underground, the Dandies blast out of the Odditorium and into space as they tour in support of their new album, "... Earth to the Dandy Warhols..." Expect trippier tunes than their best-loved "Thirteen Tales" served up at the turn of this century. This dandy acid trip is set in motion by openers Darker My Love, four lads from L.A. whose psych-rock fuzz fest recalls My Bloody Valentine, and Portland-ers the Upsidedown, who, not to be left out of the noise-fest, have their own mix of shoegaze to peddle. Doors 7 p.m.
