Not very many places have margarita specials during brunch.  But, Alamo Grill does! Margaritas and Bloody Marys are $2.95 each.  Along with these drinks you can enjoy items off the Tex-Mex style brunch menu.

Artie’s has a great combination of breakfast and lunch entrees available during their brunch.  Kids menus are also available along with a dessert menu you won’t be able to pass up!

This Tex-Mex style restaurant offers a brunch menu and lunch options as well.  Specialties include the Migas Plate, Cornmeal pancakes, Huevos Rancheros and Austin Eggs Benedict.

If you’re a vegan, check out Asylum .  Almost any item on their menu can be “veganized,” but they also have plenty of options for the carnivores. Brunch also serves Bloody Marys and Mimosas.

There’s no better way to start the day than with a free Bellini. Luckily, Baci Vini agrees because each customer gets a free Bellini with brunch! To go along with your freebee, try the Italian omelet Frittata Colore or if you’re not feeling like breakfast, try the Baci Burger or their great pizzas!

Unlimited Mimosas, Champagne and Bloody Marys at the Beacon Bar & Grill! But for those of you who want food, you’ll be pleasantly satisfied also.  For $21, you have a full buffet to choose from that includes a waffle and omelet station.  Reservations are recommended.

Bilbo Baggins’ Sunday brunch will quickly make you forget the crazy traffic you just endured in Old Town. They have great approaches to the traditional brunch items, like Frodo’s French toast.  Unlike regular French toast, this one is made up of their house made raisin bread topped with strawberries, caramelized apples, sweet butter and maple syrup.  Reservations are suggested for parties of 6 or more.

The Fabulous Sunday Brunch Buffet at the Blue Iguana offers it all. They have a carving and omelet station, pancakes, fish, salads and dessert.  And, if you do not want to indulge, you can order off the menu as well, brunch and lunch.  Along with all of this, they also offer a Bloody Mary Bar.

Like a visit to Naples… Bravo’s brunch buffet gives you plenty of options with their home made antipastos, fresh pasta, sauces and fire-roasted meats, fresh seafood, rustic Italian breads and Italian desserts all for just $14.95. $19.95 for unlimited Mimosas and Champagne, or $21.95 for unlimited Bloody Marys. And let’s not forget the kids; kids ages 4 – 10 eat for $7.95.  Reservations are suggested.

28 small dishes make up the Latino Dim Sum brunch menu, which are Latin American and Caribbean inspired dishes.  Some highlights include tuna ceviche with coconut and seared watermelon with citrus vinaigrette. Tables can order vegetarian menu tasting for $24.95 per person or a full menu tasting for $34.95 a person.  Along with the creative dishes, you can enjoy brunch style drinks like Tres Mangos. If you’re in Bethesda area head on over to Café Deluxe on Sundays and try out their specialty item, the Deluxe Benedict.  The lunch menu is also available during brunch along with $5.50 Bloody Marys and $6 Mimosas.

This brewery in Arlington offers a brunch menu on the weekends. Be sure to check out their “Brewer’s Room” to see where they make their beers.

This small restaurant in Adams Morgan has great food and has been repeatedly awarded for it.  Don’t take their word for it though; try out their brunch and you’ll leave completely satisfied.  Reservations are only accepted for groups of 6+.

This Latin style brunch-with a live Latin Jazz band each Sunday-is being launched on Easter Sunday, April 16th, with so many food stations you’ll have to keep going back every Sunday to enjoy all of it! Enjoy a paella station, whole roasted pig, Nuevo Latino tapas and entrees, omelets and even a tortilla station! Traditional brunch items are available too. Also, what’s a meal without dessert? The very authentic Latin sweets are a must! Buffet is $19.95 per person. Unlimited champagne and Mimosas for a few extra dollars!

If you’re craving carbs, indulge, and head over to this Arlington brunch location where all their breads, muffins and sticky buns are baked next door in their bakery, BEST BUNS BREAD COMPANY. They also have tons of breakfast and lunch options, like Squibnocket scrambled eggs and short smoked salmon filet.  Reservations suggested for big parties.

Chadwicks just started serving brunch this year, and it’s definitely worth checking out.  They serve American food, so you can expect to have your favorites served here.

This spot in Adams Morgan has some great comfort food like biscuits and gravy along with untraditional brunch items like chocolate dipped strawberries.  Whatever you’re in the mood for, it’s worth checking out.

After a night out of partying at Clarendon Grill, you can come back in the morning to recover and start over! Some brunch favorites include the Carolina Crab Hash over Poached Egg and the Tex-Mex Burrito.  Bloody Mary and Mimosa specials are also available during brunch, and you can enjoy them on their outdoor back patio.

 You’ve got two locations around the city to enjoy the Daily Grill’s brunch.  Brunch entrees include fresh fruit, a cinnamon roll and beverage.  Reservations are recommended.

This Irish restaurant and pub is located in the Phoenix Park Hotel in the Capitol Hill area.  Their menu has some Irish items, of course, along with traditional dishes. Lunch is also available during brunch and Mimosas are $4. 

Dupont Grille (1500 New Hampshire Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20036; 202-939-9596; Sundays 11 am – 2:30 pm)
Located inside the Jurys Washington Hotel, Dupont Grille’s brunch menu has a seasonal seafood emphasis.  Their signature dish, the Eggs Dupont, has lump crab cakes with spinach, poached eggs, and rock shrimp-tomato hollandaise sauce.  For those non-seafood people, they have creative dishes, like toasted coconut waffles.

This Irish pub is more than just a weekend brunch spot.  They serve an Irish breakfast all day, everyday of the week, so it really doesn’t matter if when you’re feeling like breakfast because you can always get it here!

They love their sports at this Irish pub and you can enjoy the game along with a brunch menu.  They also have $4.75 Mimosas during brunch to keep you energized during the games.

Saturdays at this beach themed bar and restaurant you have your choice from a brunch or lunch menu.  On Sundays, they offer a Mimosa Brunch Buffet for $14.99 that includes 1 Mimosa.  And on both days, they have a make-your-own Bloody Mary bar.

The all-you-can eat buffet has an omelet, waffle, and carving station, along with traditional brunch items like eggs, potatoes and muffins.  Adults are $18.95 and kids under 12 are $8.95.

This place offers a buffet with some Irish items in the mix but also offers a la carte for those not wanting so many options.  They also offer $6 bottomless Mimosas and $6 Bloody Marys, so there’s pretty much something for everyone.  Buffet is $14.

Live Jazz plays during Sunday’s Southern style brunch. Brunch consists of three courses.  The first course starts with choices like French toast, eggs, or salads.  Moving on to the second course, you get your choice from entrees, like Southern Buttermilk Fried Chicken or Carolina Gumbo.  Final course finishes it off with Home Baked Southern Sweets.  Adults pay $29.95 for this Southern feast, and kids eat for $20.95. Reservations are recommended.

This little restaurant in Adams Morgan has charm and great food.  Their brunch menu includes a salad, dish, dessert and champagne for $17.95.  Also, don’t leave without checking out their Brazilian drink, Caipirinha, for $6.50

A live Jazz band plays on Sunday during brunch where you have your pick from a brunch or lunch menu.  Make-you-own Bloody Mary bar is available on Sundays starting at $6.50.

The 42,000-square-foot space in Southwest DC provides a perfect place to enjoy the Jazz brunch at H2O.  National acts sporadically come through and play during brunch.  One thing you can count on every time are bottomless Mimosas to go with the buffet that has everything from Seafood Creole and jerk chicken wings to an omelet and waffle station.  Adults pay $24.95, kids 6 – 12 years old are $12.95 and kids under 5 eat free. Reservations are suggested.

Seafood lovers will fit right in at this casual brunch spot that has tons of seafood items on their menu, like the lobster roll and crab cake eggs benedict.  Definitely check out their signature cocktail, the Hankie Pankie for $11.

Harry’s Tap Room is a perfect place to brunch before a full day of shopping in Clarendon.  They offer omelets and their unique Fruitarian (fruits and yogurts) along with muffins.  They also have drink creations for brunch, including Harry’s Mary, Clarendon Eye Popper and Harry’s Kir Royale.

This Capitol Hill bar offers a brunch menu with traditional items, like pancakes and omelets.  With any entrée, you get a Mimosa, Screwdriver or Bloody Mary for $2.75.

Brunch at the Holiday Inn includes a full buffet that has a carving, omelet and waffle station, along with fresh fruit and cheese.  Lunch items, like pasta and chicken dishes, are also available at the buffet.  Adults are $16.95 and kids are half price.

If you’re in the Courthouse area, you’ll want to check out brunch at this Irish pub.  You can feast on a traditional Irish breakfast and order from the menu, or opt for the buffet which includes a carving, omelet, and waffle station for $14.95. Jazz music played by a Celtic harpist helps complete the weekend brunch.

This Spanish restaurant has brunch style tapas that include huevos a la cubana which is made up of fried egg served with white rice, fried ham and fried banana with tomato sauce. They have plenty of other tapas dishes with non-fried items!

Need some Jazz to go along with your brunch? Head over to Jo Jo’s Restaurant where they provide you with some Jazz entertainment while you munch on brunch.  They serve traditional items like scrambled eggs and French toast and even have an option for the health nut – yogurt with granola. This is a great brunch for the very early risers or those in need of some good brunch / late-night food in Dupont Circle. They serve a seasonal brunch menu that is served with a complimentary Bloody Mary, Mimosa or glass of champagne.  The Saturday brunch menu offers lunch items, while the Sunday’s menu is strictly brunch, either way, you’re in for some good food. 

L’Enfant Café (2000 18th St., NW, Washington, DC 20007; 202-319-1800; lenfantcafe.com; Saturdays and Sundays 10 am – 3:30 pm)
If you crave crepes in the morning, head over to L’Enfant Café-Bar in Adams Morgan where you can pick from their full selection of sweet and savory crepes during their weekend brunch.  If you don’t feel like having breakfast, you can still select items from their full lunch menu.  Be sure to check out the open bar option and their large patio!

Known for their Mediterranean atmosphere and their Turkish influenced dishes, this place is worth checking out.  On Sundays, they have a set brunch menu offered for $16.95, a person.

Looking for some good Cajun food? Then check out Louisiana Express, which serves a great brunch and also breakfast throughout the week.

The Champagne Sunday Brunch here includes one entrée & dessert, along with unlimited Bloody Marys, Mimosas or champagne. Brunch is $19.95 and reservations are recommended for 4+ parties.

This “Alice in Wonderland” themed restaurant in Dupont Circle has a brunch buffet for $16.95 that includes unlimited champagne.  A la Carte menu items are also available for the light eaters, and Bloody Marys and Mimosas are only $2.50. 

Mango Mike’s (4580 Duke St., Alexandria, VA 22304; 703-370-3800; mangomikes.com; Sundays 10 am to 2 pm)
The Steel Drum Sunday Buffet Brunch at Mango Mike’s features music by Michael George from Trinidad, starting at 10:30 am and going till 1:30 pm. The Buffet has an omelet, waffle, pasta, fruit and dessert bar, along with Caribbean dishes like Ropa Vieja. Along with all these options you can have all-you-can-drink Mimosas for $5.  Adult buffet is $14.95 and kids are $6.95.

This place knows how to do a Mexican brunch.  Almost all of the breakfast dishes on the menu come with tortillas, and beans & potatoes or black beans & rice.  And what goes perfectly with any Mexican dish? Corona of course! Corona buckets are $12.50 for 5 and $10 for 4.

This Mediterranean style restaurant has some great unusual brunch choices on their menu.  They have items like Aphrodite, which is a fillet of salmon with roasted bell pepper sauce, and to get your fruit fix they have the Cantaloupe Berry Boat.  They also have the traditional brunch items like French toast and eggs benedict.  And you can enjoy all of that with $5 Mimosas and Bloody Marys.

This Georgetown restaurant has a great atmosphere and also serves a great brunch.  You have your choice of four different kinds of mimosas and Bloody Marys for $9.  Enjoy this and your brunch a la Carte in their Asian inspired setting.

$5 Mimosas and Bloody Marys can be enjoyed with their traditional brunch items like steak & eggs, waffles and pancakes.  They also have items like Fuji Apple Gorgonzola Salad and Burgers for those not in the brunch mood.

This Arlington Irish pub offers a brunch menu on the weekends that’s worth trying.  To go along with it, try their $5 Mimosas and Bloody Marys.

This pub has some Irish brunch items on their menu that are worth checking out. Lunch items are also available if brunch isn’t your thing.

The house specialty at this New Orleans themed bistro is the Oysters Benedict, which has fried oysters served on an English muffin with Canadian bacon and topped with hollandaise sauce.  Other favorites to try are the Eggs Sardou and the Shrimp and Cheese Grits. Also don’t forget to check out their drink specials on Ramos Gin Frizz, Sazerac and Hurricanes.  Reservations are suggested.

Two-hour Saturday and Sunday Brunch Cruises are offered year-round, where you can eat while enjoying the scenery of the nation’s greatest monuments.  Their executive chef and staff prepare traditional breakfast dishes, along with carving stations, salads and desserts.  With the cities view and great food, it’s an experience worth trying.

This brunch spot, right near the White House, has a great seasonal brunch menu with items like pumpkin or banana French toast, depending on the season, of course.  They also have international style dishes like huevos rancheros and Irish oats crusted salmon.  Reservations are recommended.

This “Glorious Country Brunch” truly does have a glorious brunch.  Their known for their BBQ, but their brunch does not disappoint.  They offer items like the Brisket Hash Breakfast and Stuffed French Toast that’ll keep you satisfied.  And to add to all the glorious-ness, they also offer $4 Bloody Marys during brunch.

This American Bistro has 4 omelet choices and 4 egg benedict choices along with brunch favorites like French toast and waffles.  You can also order lunch items during brunch. A Bloody Mary bar is also available throughout brunch.

Famous for their Drag brunches on Sunday mornings and having rooftop dining, this place is worth going to.  Serving American and Sushi, you can expect to find your traditional brunch items at this spot.

Known for their all-you-can-eat seafood buffets, Phillip’s Flagship Restaurant also offers an all-you-can brunch buffet for $24.99.

Famous for their challah bread French toast, this café also boasts 8 different benedict options off their brunch menu.  And to go along with your food, you can buy your brunch drinks by the pitcher. Mimosas, Screwdrivers and Bloody Marys are all sold by the pitcher; so gather up a group of friends and enjoy your brunch!

The buffet here includes breakfast and lunch items for $25 for adults, $12 for kids.  Mimosas are included in the buffet. 

Red Rocks Café & Tequila Bar (13850- F Braddock Rd., Centreville, VA 20121; 703-815-6900; Sundays 10:30 am to 2 pm)
Cheap brunch drinks are a huge draw to this café and bar in Centreville.  Mimosas are just $1 and the Bloody Mary bar starts at $2!  Of course it’s not just about drinks. Brunch buffet, with traditional items and some authentic Mexican ones, is $9.99 for adults and kids eat for $3.99. 

Rhodeside Grill (1836 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA 22201; 703-243-0145; rhodesidegrill.com; Sundays 10:30 am to 3 pm)
This grill has a bunch of options for your brunch.  You can either get the omelet or waffle unlimited bar for $8.95 or you can get both the omelet and waffle bar for $13.95.  Or if neither is up to your cravings, try their Rhodeside Rancheros or Tasty Turkey Hash. And of course, drink options, they have Bloody Mary bar for $4.50.

Another pub that serves traditional Irish breakfast on the weekends is Ri-Ra in Bethesda.  The most popular items off the menu are the Steak & Eggs, the Dublin Omelet, and the Ri-Ra Benedict; so don’t leave here till you try one.  And with the $3 Guinness, Mimosas and Bloody Marys, you won’t want to leave – and you shouldn’t, since the Irish traditional music session starts immediately following brunch!

This brunch gets started a little earlier for all you early risers.  Be sure to try one of their most popular dishes: Breakfast Boxty, Wicklow Omelet or the Killcullen Hash. And to help wash down your traditional Irish breakfast, there’s the option of the Grand Mimosa, the Smoking Mary or Irish coffee.

This Buffet offers a carving station, pasta station, egg station, antipasti buffet/raw bar, an Asian station, bread station and a dessert buffet.  Basically they have tons of options that won’t disappoint.  Reservations are recommended.

Shooter McGee’s brunch offers a Belgian Waffle bar and a “make your own” Bloody Mary bar with tons of choices to make your perfect drink.  Or if that’s not your drink of choice, try their $2 Mimosas and champagne.  Traditional brunch items are also available and for non-brunchers, they also serve lunch items. 

Southside 815 (815 S. Washington St., Alexandria, VA 22314; 703-836-6222; southside815.com; Sundays 11 to 2:30 pm)
This neighborhood restaurant serves southern cuisine and has great menu items like pecan pancakes, blackened chicken omelets and bacon, egg & cheddar quesadillas. The good thing is, you’re not limited to brunch food, and so you can check out their lunch items as well. 

Tabaq Bistro (1336 U Street, NW. Washington, DC 20009; 202-265-0965; tabaqdc.com; Saturdays and Sundays 11 am to 4 pm)
With their year-round, retractable rooftop dining area, you can enjoy all of D.C. while munching on brunch.  Their traditional style brunch is $11.50, which consists of Belgian waffles, French toast, or Pancakes, plus a choice of eggs or other choices from the regular menu.

Celebrities like Harrison Ford and Demi Moore have been known to eat here, so if you’re up for a celeb sighting, head on over to this Indian restaurant.  At brunch, while listening to the pianist, you can feast on traditional Indian dishes for $20, which includes champagne.  Reservations are recommended.

The Brunch at The Bungalow, serves menu items like The BEACHCOMBER, which has 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 2 bacon strips, “brunch toast” and home-style taters.  So basically, if you’re up and really hungry, make your way over to this brunch spot where their menu will keep you full and satisfied.  Brunch drink specials are also offered.

Tunnicliffs (222 7th St., SE, Washington, DC 20009; 202-544-5680; Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 3 pm)
This brunch spot is located right across from Eastern Market so it’s a perfect place to recharge after some morning shopping.  Tunnicliff’s serves a special brunch menu on the weekends and offers $6 Mimosas and Bloody Marys to go with it.  

Tryst (2459 18th St., NW, Washington, DC 20009; 202-232-5500; trystdc.com; Saturdays and Sundays 6:30 am and goes all day)
This isn’t just a coffee house, although they do have good coffee! They serve breakfast to all those early risers and keep it going for those who have trouble getting out of bed on the weekends.  They have a good variety on their brunch menu and offer $5 Bloody Marys, Mimosas or Strawberry Champagne. 

Whitlow’s on Wilson (2854 Wilson Blvd., Clarendon, VA 22201; 703-276-9693; whitlows.com; Saturdays and Sundays 10 am to 3 pm)
Whitlow’s gives you the option of either buffet or a la Carte.  On both you can get traditional brunch items and comfort foods.  Adult buffet is $14.95 and kids eat for $5.95.  

Zanzibar on the Waterfront (700 Water St., SW, Washington, DC 20024; 202-554-9100; Zanzibar-otw.com; Sundays 11 am to 4 pm)
This is a brunch buffet with a view.  The view is free, but you’ll have to pay for the buffet, which is $24.99 a person.

Zaytinya (701 9th St., NW, Washington, DC 20001; 202-638-0800; zaytinya.com; Saturdays and Sundays 11:30 am to 2:30 pm)
Mezze, or “little dishes” of Greek, Turkish and Lebanese cuisine are what this restaurant is all about.  They have dishes like Turkish bacon and eggs with pastirma and potatoes and Ashta with banana slices topped with pistachios and Greek attiki honey.  It’s not your typical brunch, but it’s definitely worth checking out.
